Hi all, I posted this on Facebook yesterday and wanted to get some more quick opinions. There doesn't seem to be a lot of folks who can make the meeting this evening. April is a tough time to attend meetings for a lot of folks. There is no developed agenda beyond updates and networking (that I'm aware of). What would you prefer of the following options: a) Have the meeting for continuity's sake. There are a couple of members who have said they can attend. b) Postpone the meeting to the following Tuesday, and send feedback to me regarding potential agenda items for the next meeting, c) Cancel the meeting for this month and resume next month. I can send out a detailed email/posting to the board of updates on progress with the Bartering system and LocalWiki projects. Sorry this message is last minute. I've been on vacation Happy Spring everyone!

"a" would be what I say; though I am likely unable to attend.
Continuity is important, even if the meeting is 10 mins and then everyone leaves. It was my understanding that was the purpose of the set 1st Tuesday, 3rd Sunday schedule... So interested folks could just plug in whenever. To establish this knowledge and expectation within the community- there will have to be a few 2 and even 1 person meetings. I think if the group can maintain it for a year - there will be a solid foundation for recognition and growth. IMO =)
Laura, I hope you're having tons of fun in the sun and sand!
Thank you for managing this!!

Argh, I was just getting through my email and saw this thread. It is way too late. But if we use Magictown only certain people have access to the keys to lock up and such. That is Racheal and myself. That could be an issue going forward. I love that location, but I don't want to have to tie myself to stress if I can't go. I wonder how that went. Did anyone go?
